Pipe cutters for multilayer pipes up to 26 mm in diameter, featuring a sturdy yet lightweight magnesium body that ensures comfortable and stable handling. Its four-roller system with needle bearings facilitates the rotation of the pipe during cutting, distributing pressure evenly around its circumference and helping to maintain its shape without deformation—a particularly important advantage for multilayer pipes. The blade, “MADE IN SOLINGEN, GERMANY,” features a PTFE coating that reduces friction and promotes smoother cutting with less effort. The handles are articulated via a needle-bearing shaft, which smooths the opening and closing motion and improves comfort during repeated use. The rubber bases on the handles provide a more comfortable and cushioned grip, while the rubber stopper located between them absorbs the impact at the end of the cut and reduces the shock transmitted to the hand. It also incorporates an auxiliary system located on the back of the handles for cutting corrugated protective tubing, allowing two operations to be performed with a single tool. The automatic blade return leaves the shears ready for the next cut, and the one-handed closure makes it easy to lock and store them.
