Tube-cutting shears for multilayer tubes up to 26 mm in diameter, featuring a magnesium body that combines sturdiness, lightness, and ease of use. Its four-roller system with needle-roller rings allows the tube to rotate smoothly during cutting, distributing pressure evenly around its circumference and helping to prevent deformation for a more consistent result.
The blade, “MADE IN SOLINGEN, GERMANY,” is specifically designed for multilayer tubing and features a PTFE coating that reduces friction, facilitating penetration and minimizing the effort required. The handle joint incorporates a needle-bearing shaft that reduces friction and provides a smoother opening and closing motion. The rubber bases on the handles provide comfortable, cushioned support, while the rubber stopper located between them absorbs the impact at the end of the cut and limits the shock transmitted to the user’s hand. The blade’s automatic return mechanism leaves the shears ready for the next operation, and the one-handed locking mechanism makes them easy to lock and store. Customizable in color, marking, and packaging according to customer requirements.
