Pipe cutters for PVC and other plastics, PEX, and multilayer pipes up to 42 mm in diameter. Their magnesium body combines strength and lightness, providing stability without hindering handling during cutting tasks. The ratchet system advances the blade progressively, distributing the effort over several strokes and reducing the force required to cut larger-diameter pipes. The integrated tip on the cutting edge facilitates the blade’s initial penetration into the pipe, while the PTFE coating on the blade—“MADE IN SOLINGEN, GERMANY”—reduces friction and promotes smoother cutting. The upper handle features a rubber grip that provides a more comfortable and cushioned hold, reducing the pressure transmitted to the hand during use. The shears can be operated with one hand, making them easier to handle during routine installation work. The instant-change system allows the blade to be replaced manually without additional tools. When the shears are opened, the blade automatically retracts and is protected inside the body, helping to preserve the cutting edge against impacts or drops and reducing the risk of accidental contact. Customizable in color, marking, and packaging according to customer requirements.
